The Fitness Score covers just those metrics that are inputted manually or captured via Apple Health Kit such as Steps, BMI, Activity, Body Fat, RHR, Push-up, and Squat Tests, BP, Smoking, Mood, Alcohol consumption, Daily Food Quality, Sleep, and Waist Circumference. The broader OptimumU Score encompasses all the metrics listed in the Fitness Score plus giving items needed through blood work. These include Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Glucose, A1C, C-Reactive Protein, and TSH Thyroid.
